Platform capability

Generate governed documents without rebuilding them by hand.

Configure placeholders, source mappings and validation rules for documents and spreadsheets that need to be filled repeatedly.

What it solves

Keep the approved format. Change only the case data.

Contracts, reports, proposals, forms and spreadsheets often follow a controlled structure while their content changes with every case. Template Builder defines how approved information enters the right fields without recreating the file each time.

Detected placeholders

Make every fillable point explicit.

Upload a supported template and review the placeholders the system detects. Each field becomes visible, named and ready to be mapped instead of remaining hidden inside manual instructions or fragile copy-and-paste steps.

  • Placeholder name
  • Required or optional
  • Expected data type
  • Location in template
  • Validation status
How it works

Upload. Map. Validate. Fill. Review. Export.

  1. 01

    Upload

Start with the approved document or spreadsheet template.

  2. 02

    Detect

    Identify placeholders and fillable structures.

  3. 03

    Map

Connect each placeholder to an approved source.

  4. 04

    Validate

Check required values, formats and unresolved mappings.

  5. 05

    Fill

Generate the output using governed data.

  6. 06

    Review

Inspect sensitive outputs, exceptions or missing fields.

  7. 07

    Export

Deliver the completed file in the required format.

Two builders, one operating principle

Documents and spreadsheets need different controls.

Document Template Builder

For reports, contracts, proposals, letters and structured narrative outputs. It focuses on placeholders, sections, tables and controlled text insertion.

Spreadsheet Template Builder

For financial models, trackers, schedules and tabular outputs. It focuses on cells, ranges, formulas, data types and repeatable structured filling.

Each builder keeps the controls appropriate to its file type.

Source mapping

Every value should have a known origin.

Map placeholders to validated fields from an intake form, system integration, database, Squad output or another controlled source. The mapping keeps provenance visible and reduces ambiguity during generation and review.

  • Connected
  • Missing source
  • Requires transformation
  • Requires human input
  • Ready to fill
Validation before generation

Stop missing or inconsistent data before it becomes a document problem.

Required fields, expected types and mapping conflicts are checked before the filler runs. Exceptions can be corrected, escalated or sent for human review instead of silently producing an incomplete output.

Built as part of a process

Template Builder controls the output. The pipeline prepares the information.

Squads and pipeline steps may extract, classify, normalize, rank or rewrite information. Template Builder defines where approved values belong. The filler performs the controlled replacement and generates the file.

  1. 01

    Process intelligence

    Extraction, analysis and normalization

  2. 02

    Template configuration

    Placeholders, mapping and validation

  3. 03

    File generation

    Controlled filling and export

Review

Inspect the mapped values before the file leaves the process.

Review resolved fields, missing values and validation warnings before export. The level of rendered preview available may vary by file type and implementation, especially for complex DOCX or XLSX layouts.

Repeatable outputs

One controlled template. Many approved cases.

  • Contract summaries and review reports
  • Supplier qualification reports
  • Client proposals and statements of work
  • Due diligence packs
  • Financial and operational spreadsheets
  • Audit-ready process reports

Frequently asked questions

Does Template Builder extract the information by itself?

Not necessarily. Extraction, classification and normalization belong to the Squad or pipeline preparing the data. Template Builder controls how approved information maps into the file.

Will the original formatting always remain pixel-perfect?

Paragraph and table styles can often be preserved, but complex inline formatting, formulas, macros and advanced layouts may require template-specific validation.

Can the same template be used across clients or organizations?

Yes, when source mappings, access and configuration are defined for each operating context. Client data and permissions remain governed by organization.

From approved format to repeatable output

Stop rebuilding the same document process case by case.

Map the template, source data, validation rules and human review point. Then connect the output to the process that prepares the information.
