GUIDSE Platform · 04 / PROCESS DELIVERY

Give people an app. Keep the machinery underneath.

Delivery Studio presents governed GUIDSE processes as focused experiences for employees, partners or clients, with branded intake, case tracking and controlled delivery of results.

The delivery layer

A clear interface for a complex process.

Not every user should navigate squads, pipelines or internal operating controls. Delivery Studio makes selected capabilities accessible through Process Apps and portals that consume the governed backend.

Your users see the service, not the orchestration console.

Human review requiredThe authorized reviewer handles this step inside the governed process.

Illustrative user journey, not a live screenshot or a promise that all app features are enabled in every deployment.

The user experience

Four moments, one service experience.

01 / SUBMIT

Guided intake

A form or upload gathers the information that begins a specific process.

02 / FOLLOW

Case status

Users can follow permitted steps, requests for information and delivery status.

03 / REVIEW

Human handoffs

Authorized reviewers see the items requiring their decision without exposing internal configuration to every client.

04 / RECEIVE

Outputs and artifacts

Documents, structured results or other approved deliverables return through the chosen experience.

Identity and presentation

One operating engine. Different client experiences.

The delivery interface can use a distinct visual identity and access experience while the underlying orchestration stays governed by GUIDSE. Access must be designed per audience rather than inherited indiscriminately from administrators.

  • Standalone or embedded portal experiences
  • Branding aligned to the service provider
  • Separate user access and permissions per experience
  • Visibility limited to permitted cases and outputs
Questions

What to know about Delivery Studio.

Is Delivery Studio a replacement for Orchestration?

No. It is the interface through which a configured process is submitted to, followed and delivered from. Orchestration handles the underlying execution.

Can a client-facing experience have different access from the GUIDSE admin?

That is the intended separation. The client-facing Process App should be configured with its own user-access experience and appropriate permissions.
